How much do hostesses cost at MWC Barcelona?
Rates depend on the number of staff, the number of show days (usually four), shift length and languages. Bilingual booth hostesses are normally booked for full 8-hour days, with a supplement for technical English or native Mandarin. The best rates are secured between November and January.
When should I book staff for Mobile World Congress?
Book three to four months ahead, between November and January. From February, profiles with technical English and Mandarin sell out quickly, although we always keep a standby pool for last-minute requests during build-up.
Do you provide Mandarin-speaking staff for Chinese exhibitors?
Yes, it is one of our specialities. We have worked more than ten MWC editions with Xiaomi, TECNO, China Mobile, China Unicom, Whale Cloud and AsiaInfo, providing native Mandarin hostesses and interpreters for meetings, product briefings and delegations.
Does your team know Fira Gran Via and GSMA accreditation?
Yes. Our staff works every edition at Fira Gran Via in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and knows the entrance gates, GSMA accreditation timings, organiser rules and the build-up and dismantling protocols.
